For front running leaders to succeed in a competitive business environment, LinKS has created the LinKS@Wharton – Dynamic Strategies program in collaboration with the Wharton School of Philadelphia and selected Scandinavia based global organisations. The program’s unique approach challenges participants on their strategic mind-set, shaking them out of their comfort zone by introducing new ways to re-think strategy.
Top leaders who are front running in setting new agendas and power strategy navigation.
The LinKS@Wharton – Dynamic Strategies program adds three distinct elements to the participants’ strategic skills:
1. New mental models.
The participants will be challenged on their conventional strategic mindset.
2. Leading up – delivering new answers to the key strategic questions
The participants will learn to approach strategic challenges using a range of strategic tools applicable within a company specific strategy setting.
3. Learning and reflecting from a cross-sector participant team
The participants will be challenged by a diverse range of views on strategy and execution by learning, giving, and discussing with fellow program participants who represent a combination of private, public, and political sectors. In addition, a real time crossover will be made to the Governance & Strategy program participants co-participating with them for 1,5 days of the program at Wharton.
