Top Executive Program certified by the Wharton School
The LinKS@Wharton program focuses on strategic leadership & governance and addresses the alluring strategic leadership challenges of executives and NEDs across private, public and political sectors. The program is customised by LinKS in collaboration with some of the world’s leading knowledge providers primarily at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
The purpose of LinKS@Wharton – Governing Global Strategies is to challenge the framework of your mental model as a top executive or NED. You probably know most of what you need to know about governance and strategy! Here we take our focus step further by focusing on how you challenge your mental model and investigate the need for changes in your framework to optimise value creation?
Program Key Points:
To ensure challenges, the group of participants is combined across the private, public, and political sectors.
All LinKS programs are certified.
This year’s program is initiated with a special invitation to the official VIP opening of the Copenhagen BLOXHUB on 5 May 2018. The opening includes academic and business related inputs.
Following is the Wharton program as the main rock of the program 26 -31 August 2018
Post Wharton we invite you to take part in the LinKS top executive Network across sectors and programs. We meet for LinKS events a couple of times a year around relevant strategic or societal topics. The network is everlasting and a part that many participants truly appreciate.
Lars Kolind took part in our last program, and gives you a summary of the learning here (in Danish)
CFO of Codan/Trygg-Hansa, formerly DSB, Stig Pastwa, says: “The combination of an outstanding faculty, a well designed program and a thoughtfully invited group of participants from a broad spectrum of our society created a platform enabling me to reach out further than I am used to and thereby acquire substantially more new inspiration and knowledge than I would normally manage. This has helped me create better solutions to existing challenges.”
CEO of the Oslo Stock Exchange, Bente Landsnes, says: “This was a week with great breadth, many impulses, and possibilities to think out loud with like-minded participants. A fine opportunity to see your own company from the outside and to explore strategies and new options.”
We carefully compose our delegations to make sure we have the right combination of sectors and industries. That it is why LinKS@Wharton is by personal invitation only. Nevertheless, we would always like to tell you more about our programs if you are interested, so do not hesitate to contact us
