- About us
The programs focus on strategic business development and address the alluring strategic leadership challenges for leaders in both private and public sectors. We build the agendas of the year and design programs for top executives across the private, public and political sectors. These customised programs are developed in collaboration with some of the world’s leading knowledge providers primarily at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
All LinKS programs are certified.
The LinKS@Wharton G5 will take place 27–31 August 2018
The program concerns Governance & Strategy and is entitled Governing Dynamic Strategies – Global Execution. The purpose of the program is to challenge the framework for mental models in executive and board positions for optimal value creation. You probably know most of what you need to know about governance and strategy! How can you challenge your mental model one step further and investigate the change of the mental model and framework itself?
Program Key Points:
To ensure challenges, the group of participants is combined across the private, public, and political sectors.
Lars Kolind took part in our last program, and gives you a summary of the learning here (in Danish)
CFO of Codan/Trygg-Hansa, formerly DSB, Stig Pastwa, says: “The combination of an outstanding faculty, a well designed program and a thoughtfully invited group of participants from a broad spectrum of our society created a platform enabling me to reach out further than I am used to and thereby acquire substantially more new inspiration and knowledge than I would normally manage. This has helped me create better solutions to existing challenges.”
CEO of the Oslo Stock Exchange, Bente Landsnes, says: “This was a week with great breadth, many impulses, and possibilities to think out loud with like-minded participants. A fine opportunity to see your own company from the outside and to explore strategies and new options.”
We carefully compose our delegations to make sure we have the right combination of sectors and industries. That it is why LinKS@Wharton is by personal invitation only. Nevertheless, we would always like to tell you more about our programs if you are interested, so do not hesitate to contact us.
