Grundfos – Global HR Organisation

During the spring of 2010, Grundfos A/S Global HR Group met for a series of workshops in Bjerringbro and Copenhagen to develop a prototype of the Global HR organisational set up. The goal was to have a collaborative development process resulting in a common understanding and definition of the future organisational set up of Global HR.

The resulting work not only gave a unified view of the future global organisation, but also clarification of the processes, the definition of these processes, roles needed to be successful, and competencies as they related to Strategy, Operations and Administration. Finally, a series of next steps were defined with deliverables as input for the blue print documentation for the Grundfos CEO.
