Powertrain of Innovation – Workshop
Linkslabs & Danish Design Centre present the workshop:
Enforce the Powertrain of Innovation in your Organisation
Use design principles in executive decision making to increase the innovation capacity of your organisation
In Linkslabs and Danish Design Centre, we aim to constantly create unique arenas for exceptional insights to inspire, challenge and redefine the top executives’ strategic agendas.
In collaboration we have developed a brand new strategy workshop that applies design thinking to executive decision making in order to build the innovation capacity of the whole of your organisation to meet the challenges of the future.
The workshop combines Linkslabs’ deep business knowledge about top executive management and board work with Danish Design Centre’s cutting edge knowledge and practical experience in applying design methodology to public and private sector innovation. The workshop is a combination of short and concise presentations about the key strategic challenges facing today’s organisations, background information about why organisations have a serious need to develop their innovation capacity and finally how leadership influenced by design thinking can accelerate innovation in organisations.
After knowledge inputs, a series of design tools will be presented and applied in a fun and engaging way so participants will work with past and future innovation challenges. Through co-creative processes, participants will be taken on an innovation journey. It will lead to identifying and analysing key decision points to understand what to focus on in order to build the future innovation powertrain of your organisation.
